Hello
We are a group of Christians, (affiliated with the Churches of Christ SA/NT Inc.), who meet in Mount Barker at 54 Wellington Road, knowing that living as Jesus wants is best done alongside others. We are passionate in our belief that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour and our worship time together reflects this belief.
Our worship service is at 10.00 a.m Sunday mornings and we'd like to see you there. We like to continue our time together after the service chatting over a cuppa and a biscuit or two.
Please feel free to get in touch for further details. We're a supportive group of people and love to meet new people.
We offer quality used clothing from our Op-Shop which is managed by volunteer church members.
The shop is open at present from Wednesday-Friday during the hours 10 am-2 pm. (Currently under review January 2024, due to lack of volunteers) If you read this and are willing to help, contact Bob on 0412 587 361.
There are people in our community who are in need of company and this is met by our 54 Friends group which meets on Mondays from 10:30-2 pm. providing a safe environment for people to interact and share in a lunchtime meal. This group meets each week except on public holidays. Anyone is welcome.
We also offer F.I.S.H groups (Fellowship in Someone's Home) held fortnightly, and a ladies bible study group which meets on Wednesday mornings between 10-11:15am.
On the first Sunday of each month we have a BYO lunch after our worship service. One month is designated to Mission projects and the other is an extended time of fellowship.
Come and check us out, you'll be very welcome.
